• Printing device: It is the core component of the film printing press, including components such as ink cartridges, printing drums and printing forms. The cartridge is filled with a specific color of ink, which is transferred to the printing drum through the rotation of the ink roller. The printing roller is usually made of rubber or silicone, and its surface has a pattern or text that comes into contact with the film material and transmits ink. The printing form is an interchangeable printing template or printing plate mounted on a printing cylinder to form a desired pattern, text or image.


• Drying device: It is used to cure the ink on the surface of the printed film. Depending on the printing technology and ink type, the drying unit can use different curing methods such as hot air, red/ultraviolet radiation or electron beam curing. After curing, the printed pattern is attached to the film, which has certain durability and scratch resistance.


• Control system: Thin-film presses are usually equipped with a control system to set up and monitor the printing process. Through the control panel, computer or automation software, the operator can set printing parameters, such as printing color, position, pressure, etc. The control system can also monitor the state, tension, speed, etc., to ensure printing quality and operating stability.


• Other equipment: The film printing press is usually equipped with some other equipment, such as tension adjustment device, electrostatic elimination system, automatic winding device, etc. They can improve the stability and efficiency of the printing process and solve some common problems, such as uncontrolled tension, electrostatic interference, and winding after film printing.
